Quick Take: Follow the path! Beautiful board and pieces, takes two seconds to learn and my son could manage this with a little help when he was five. The concept is simple and it's one of those games that anyone can play but there is a certain skill to being the winner most of the time. You need to be able to plan in advance for at least your final few moves, unless you're playing with 8 players and then the game is crazy and any move could be your last.

How to Play: You win by being the last player left in the game. Each player is given a marker stone and dealt three tiles to start the game. You pick a place on the edge of the board to place your marker stone to start. You take turns playing your tiles by your marker stone and your stone follows the path on the tiles. If you run into another player or your path leads you off the board, you're out! After each time you play a tile, you get to draw a new one until there are no more tiles to draw. At this point the first person who doesn't get to draw a tile gets the dragon tile which basically means that if someone goes out, you get their tile (if they have one).

Variations: Because there are so many tokens available to play with, as last as you have four or fewer players you could each play with two tokens each.
