Quick Take: Best for young kids, this game is great for practicing some basic critical thinking (predicting which gems will fall on each round) and fine motor skills because you have to be able to pick up tiny gems without knocking over the big tower in the center. It's a bit of a sedate game which is perfect for younger kids but I would say that the prime ages to play this would be ages 3 and 4 with some adult assistance. You're literally just picking up pretty gems that fall as you remove an ice ring each round.

How to Play: Collect the most gems to win the game. The basic premise is that you are a dragon child and you've found a column of ice with a bunch of gems inside. You have Daddy dragon melt a ring of the ice each round and you and your fellow dragon children get to collect the gems. You do this based on color, each round you get to take turns selecting the color of gems you will collect that round. Once all the ice columns have all been melted you count up the number of gems you have collected and whoever has the most wins.

Variations: The official game rules allow for random selection of the color of gems you will select each round.
